By creating an account or using Looper AI ("the App," "Looper," "Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the App. Plain English wherever possible.
You must be at least 13 years old. You're responsible for keeping your password safe and for everything that happens under your account. Tell us right away if you suspect someone else has gained access: support@looperai.app.
Looper AI is a golf companion app. It provides GPS distances, an AI caddie that suggests clubs and strategy, scoring, course history, social features, and statistics. We may add, remove, or change features at any time. Significant changes get announced in-app or by email.
Looper AI offers free features and a paid Pro subscription. The Pro feature set, pricing, and trial terms are shown at point of purchase in the App and on this website.
If we shut down a Pro feature you paid for, we'll prorate and refund the unused portion of your current billing period.

We can suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
Notes, round logs, comments, and other content you post stay yours. By submitting them, you give us a worldwide, royalty-free license to display them in the App as needed to provide the Service (for example, showing your round to a friend you've added).
The AI caddie generates responses based on the data available to it. AI can be wrong. AI can occasionally hallucinate. We have safety nets (deterministic yardage math, bounds checks) but you're the one swinging the club — verify what matters and trust your eyes.
The Service is provided "as is." We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly accurate.
To the maximum extent allowed by law, Big Rock LLC's total liability for any claim arising from the Service is limited to the greater of (a) the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or (b) $50 USD. We're not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
You can stop using Looper any time. To delete your account, email support@looperai.app. We can terminate accounts that violate these Terms or if we shut down the Service.
We may update these Terms. If we materially change anything, we'll notify you in the App and by email at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use after that means you accept the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state of the operator's principal place of business, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of that state (or, where required by consumer law, in your local court).
